as we are a small brand ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR ISSUE REFUNDS.

what if the item i received is damaged or faulty?

We always strive to make sure all of our pieces are of the highest standard and quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email tata@verydirtylaundry.com straight away and send us an image of the damage/fault. Once we’ve assessed the issue, we will offer you an exchange or refund.

how do i wash my very dirty laundry?

as much as we like to think that the dirtier the better there comes a point where the laundry basket must be emptied. We recommend always washing your very dirty laundry pieces in cold water (no warmer than 30 degrees). Using cold water helps to reduce the chances of the embroidery becoming stiff, and uses less energy at the same time.
